Thank you to our National Public Works Week Team!
While we knew that we would once again make National Public Works Week Event a virtual one, the team had no idea the work that awaited them. They not only had to take on the role as team ambassadors but were required to help in creating all new content to make this year’s event bigger and better than 2020’s.
The team ambassadors, VCPWA Event Team, and Consortium Media worked diligently to create exciting content that would engage teachers, students, and everyone throughout the community while at the same time showcasing the many aspects of VCPWA and all the great work we do every day.
Despite the challenges of creating all new videos, the team ambassadors exceeded all expectations. The videos provided by the team ambassadors and their departments were educational, creative, and engaging and created a cohesive virtual event that was viewed by over 1,500 students in the area.
As we celebrate our work and move toward the next project, we wanted to take a moment to personally recognize and thank those for their dedication to bringing this event to fruition.
